We were tired of eating the same old boring pizza so we decided to turn our passion for pizza into something great. We opened Bricks & Barley Pizza on Thomas Dr and now have the pleasure of serving the greatest customers in the World, you! Veteran Owned and Operated, we honor the great traditions of America's Mom & Pop Pizzerias. Our dough is made fresh each day from King Arthur Flour, hand-stretched and cooked in Baker's Pride Stone ovens. Our sauce is made from Organic vine-ripened tomatoes, we hand-pick the herbs and use a bottle of Italian Wine in each batch. Our pizzas our topped with Grande' Cheese from Wisconsin, choice meats and the freshest vegetables, herbs and spices available. Each of our pizzas is hand-crafted with our Passion for Pizza. We have Gluten Free Crust and Vegan Cheese options available. Enjoy!
